        Practicum experiences develop the knowledge learning skills and helps a lot in preparing pre service teachers to teach effectively in schools and to be able to face any kind of challenges that they might face when dealing with students through their teaching journey.  Moreover, practicum experiences provide students with rich experiences that can help them understand the significant role of the teacher in the classroom they get to understand more about the impact that the teacher leaves on the students and the difference she that can make everyday   in the student’s life. Practicum is really important to every future teacher. It really helps in developing the teacher from many sides. It also can modify the teacher’s different views about teaching and it’s different strategies. Indeed, I’m as a third year university student I don’t have much of practicum experience because unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to visit a school and attend real classes so I wasn’t able to observe teachers in work and I didn’t teach in a classroom before. Therefore, I don’t know much about the different teaching techniques and classroom managing styles. But since I’m a person who likes to keep myself updated to new teaching methods and modern ways learning .Usually in my free time I read plenty of books to strengthen my language skills I always attend online seminars, webinars and workshops that aim to develop the English skills of pre-service teachers and beginner teachers . I really gain lots of benefits from them .”It takes a big heart to help shape little minds “ .

     Education is the most important thing a person can get in his life it’s the weapon that he can use to face life challenges and to solve problems and prevent many mistakes and when we say Education we don’t only mean school education. But education for life. It helps a lot in building the personality /character of the person , it can help modify the views and opinions of people . Well educated people have a greater chance in getting more respect from others they also have great chance in understanding things better. Well educated people can see the world from another eye , they have power to change the world and of course being educated helps a lot in getting better jobs and this can surely boost the economic status of the person . People who get to have better education can be the society leaders , like  doctors , engineers, surgeons, sailors, pilots teachers, architects and many more…. 

Education has many purposes , First , it can help people see the bright side of the world , Educators get to see things  from another perspective they search to find the bright side of every aspect and they do their best to modify things for others to like . Furthermore, Education also helps in building the person’s self character it can make him discover new things and how do they work, it also modifies his way of thinking so he would be more wise and more patient  and it boosts the person’s self confidence since as we all notice that well educated people don’t feel shy in expressing their opinions and what’s inside their minds because they’re so confident and pretty sure of their opinions.  And to add on what I’ve said before, Education can help in boosting the one’s economical status by that as we all know that educated people have the chance to get better jobs and make more money than those illiterate or uneducated people.

      And of course I’m as a future English teacher I have a very noble mission which is teaching people (students) and educating them and of course the meaning of the  word “educating” is not only limited to the literal o it which is teaching in school . To educate is not only to teach them in school but it is to nurture them that means the teacher is not only that person that teaches or transfers information to students and teaches them information about a certain subject or topic in school the teacher can be the students’ mother, sister, friend, an educator and a second parent . She teaches students morals, good manners , guides students to the right path , she can also be her students’ helping hand and maybe that secure / safe place for their secrets and where they can go if they feel sad, tired or depressed . Our job as teachers is to help students get ready to face life obstacles and difficulties with a strong wise/ mind and to well prepare them to be the future successful leaders. “We don’t teach we inspire “

        I chose to be an English teacher because I love teaching a lot and my love to English language started from the very first years of my educational journey. This huge love grew bigger and bigger as years passed by till it became my  passion and I really believe in this quote “What is salt to food passion is to teaching”  I have passion in teaching and I consider it a noble profession that contributes in making the other professions and as the quote says “Teaching is the profession that teaches all the other professions” because without the teacher there will be no doctors, artists , surgeons, architects, engineers, lawyers and there will be no society leaders and great thinkers who can effectively contribute in the rebirth of a new modern successful country . Even those basic occupations wouldn’t exist .

          I consider teaching is something fun , According to me its that magical job that can make the impossible come true .Teachers are hope makers they are miracle makers and I truly believe that  teaching is the noblest profession ever . A teacher doesn’t only teach in school but also she ca be a teacher for life too where she teaches students to love each other , care or each other , respect each other, help each other , she teaches them to be successful people in society . The teacher is the one who paves the road to success she’s the one who sacrifices or the sake of her students  “  We inspire , we motivate, we care , we teach “I believe that teachers are able to make a difference in a child’s life everyday. They have the power to change the world . “ A teacher is a multitasking rock star who lives to inspire and loves to encourage their kind of a big deal “  Teachers are the stars who teach us how to shine . I respect every teacher in this world and I really appreciate the endless effort   she’s doing  to make us future leaders and people who deserve the society to be proud of .

       Teaching strategies might vary between a teacher and the other but the successful teacher is the one who chooses the most suitable strategy for her students in all cases . And as we all know because o the world pandemic “Covid - 19” schools and universities and even every educational organization had shifted to online classes and remote learning . Of course if I had the chance to teach online courses indeed I hate doing so and I hope that this wouldn’t happen because I prefare teaching at school in a class but if online classes continued I’ll do my best to teach my students all what they need to learn in an interesting way so they wont get bored so if they we’re taking classes through an internet app ( Zoom ) then I’ll start bringing some interesting videos about the topics we discuss in class  listening to some beautiful songs that convey the main idea of a lesson I explained so they can easily memorize the information . In addition I’ll put them in groups to discuss some ideas about the lesson with their friends to be able to share their thoughts and ideas with each others to strengthen their social skills . I will provide them everything that facilitates their learning process .

        And regarding the blended modality We will be using the newest technological devices that allow students to use the internet connection so they can surf the internet if they want to know about a certain concept . My class will be a modern up to date classroom that will be equipped with everything that beautifies learning in the students’ eyes.  It will be meeting the students’ needs ( Digital Classroom ) and of course we will be making great activities that induce the learning skills of students and their kinesthetic skills and for sure such activities  will keep students engaged with the topic being explained . And of course we will be using the smart board so students are kept activated and they would feel that concepts  taught to them are being real so they will love learning and this is considered one of the very important goals the teacher should work to achieve during her teaching journey .

        On the other hand , if things got back to normal , which is something I really hope to happen I would make learning more interactive we would make lots of funny things together in class , I would group them most of the time when during the lesson to strengthen their social skills and to let them learn from their peers because maybe this helps hem grab the idea or the information faster and easier . Also during the activities we do in class ill give them the freedom to speak but in turns to help them express their minds . Also We’ll play some word games , unscramble and puzzle to help boost and induce their thinking and cognitive skills and their memory functioning. And to keep them on track We would watch some interesting about the topic and listen to some songs that can relax their minds .

 To learn something is to acquire it by experience ,by teaching or by a research study whether it is a skill or a knowledge . Being a teacher is not an easy task it requires us to be brave , intelligent , caring . A teacher doesn’t only teach students she inspires them , she loves , she cares for them . In the 21 century all schools has  shifted to online learning because of the world pandemic “Covid-19” which made learning a little bit difficult for students learning from home and not interacting with their friends and the teacher as in the classroom . And as we all know learning becomes easier and more effective with interaction because students have to feel what they are learning , see the teacher , hear what she’s saying and participate in class discussions and if this happened the students for sure are gong to understand concepts better , faster and in a very effective way .

Indeed I’m as a future English teacher if I were to give online classes and to deal with online students I will use engaging  strategies and interesting activities to help my students get engaged in the class atmosphere and enjoy my explanation. We will be doing lots of enjoyable speaking activities to strengthen the students’ oral skills , we will watch interesting videos , we will perform some experiments we are going to act things out in funny sketches, I will give them some riddles to solve about our lesson topics and of course we will discuss topics that tackle their interests and much more …

      As an English teacher to be , I’m trying to work so hard on my practicum experiences by attending online webinars that care to update of pre-service English teachers and prepare them for this amazing career , I’m also watching some seminars that aim to guide the teachers’ actions n the classroom . Moreover , I’m watching videos for online classes given by teacher in U.S.A to strengthen my language skills and to know more about effective teaching strategies. When I become a teacher I’ll provide my students with all what they need to learn and know in a very interesting way , I’ll will treat them fairly and in an equal basis , will let them understand that they are not only friends they are a big lovely family of brothers and sisters they will love , help , care , respect each other .

During my periods I’ll let everyone speak about what he likes and what annoys him they will all have a chance to express themselves and going to teach them to be consistent and never quit doing something they like but they should keep trying until they reach what they want because nothing makes sense from the first try and of course tell them that they should never stop dreaming and that the best is yet to come . 

    Although I didn’t have the chance to attend real classes in schools and I wasn’t able to see teachers in class but online learning experiences has benefited me (although I didn’t like it at all and I didn’t support the idea from the very beginning till now and still prefare real school classes)through such an experience I observed some teachers in classes and I got to know more about different modern and effective teaching strategies that for sure I will use later in my teaching journey.

    At last , teaching is a noble profession , it is the act of making impossible things come true and for sure it has the greatest mission on earth which is giving knowledge to others . Teachers by the way are the hope makers, which spread positivity everywhere , They are the society builders, and of course they are the heroes and heroines that rescue our future and they deserve all the love , care , happiness in this world.
